Yo fam, Thanks for copping gear from Yugen Threads.
We put a lot of love into every drop, and we want you to be hyped when that package lands. But if something’s off — no stress. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns:

  • You’ve got 14 days after your order arrives to hit us up for a return.

  • Items gotta be:

    • Unworn, unused, and still in their original packaging.

    • Tags on, clean, and ready for the next shinobi.

  • You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase to get started.

What Can’t Be Returned

Some things are final — no jutsu can undo it:

  • Limited edition drops / final sale items 🛑

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Once we get your item back and give it a quick check, we’ll let you know.

  • If all’s good, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.

  • This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees aren’t refunded, sorry 😅

Exchanges

Need a different size or wanna switch the vibe?

  • Shoot us a message within 14 days.

  • If we’ve got your size in stock, we’ll swap it. Easy.

⚡ Damaged or Wrong Item?

That’s on us

  • Email us at yougenthreads369@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send some pics + your order number, and we’ll fix it fast (no extra cost).

Shipping Stuff Back

  • Return shipping is on you unless we messed up.

  • Use a trackable method — we can’t help if your return gets lost in the multiverse.
